Our Team
Our team is led by Cade Smith (Director of Operations), Cody Smith (Principal), and Leanna Smith (Controller). Together with our skilled installation crew - Rodney Laulo (Installer) Alexander Aristizabal (Installer), Ricardo Ortiz (Installer) and our Scheduling Coordinator, Lauren Drawe, we provide a seamless client experience from scheduling to completion.
As demand for custom interiors grows, our vision is to expand into project management for large-scale window treatment jobs, training programs for junior installers, and regional service growth.
